Here’s what you can expect as we step into the coaching partnership
Every coaching relationship begins with a 30 minute video consultation. Prior to our call, you’ll complete a few intake forms to help us identify where you are, where you’d like to go, and whether we’re the right fit to work together.
Sessions are conducted via secure video through SimplePractice, allowing you to coach from anywhere. Whether you’re at home, in your office, or traveling, coaching is designed to fit seamlessly into your life. Each session is 50 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions for greater momentum, though bi-weekly coaching is also available.
Coaching begins with a 12-session membership designed to create meaningful and lasting change.
Weekly Membership: 12 sessions over 3 months, $780/month.
Bi-Weekly Membership: 12 sessions over 6 months, $380/month.
After the initial membership, many clients continue on in a monthly membership for ongoing growth and support.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients are encouraged to take notes during sessions and complete personalized reflection exercises or action steps between meetings. These may include journal prompts, mindset work, conversations, or practical next steps designed to help you create meaningful progress.
