If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure what comes next, you’re in the right place.
I’m Ashley Shihab, a Certified Life Coach in Dallas, Texas, coaching go getters across the country who are navigating life transitions, burnout, career changes, relationship shifts, and seasons of emotional overwhelm.
My coaching helps you gain clarity around who you truly are, what you actually want, and how to confidently move forward without constantly second-guessing yourself.
Since starting my coaching business in 2019, I have coached thousands of clients 1:1, along with thousands more through group workshops and motivational speaking events. My work has been featured on Good Morning Texas, Texas Today, and in Fort Worth Weekly.
I help clients who are:
• Feeling stuck in their careers or personal lives
• Navigating major life transitions
• Burned out from constantly doing what they “should” do
• Struggling to trust their own decisions and craving a self confidence boost
• Feeling disconnected from who they are and what they want
• Ready to create a life that feels more aligned
I used to often find myself thinking, “There has got to be more to life than this.” I graduated from TCU with a major in Advertising and Public Relations and absolutely no clear sense of what came next. I didn’t know who I really was at my authentic core, which made it impossible to know what I really wanted.
On the outside, I was doing everything I was “supposed” to be doing, but internally I didn’t feel fulfilled, aligned, or connected to the life I was living. That inner disconnect eventually led me into the world of personal growth and self discovery. I started with books and yoga, which eventually expanded into therapy, life coaching, and a deeper season of personal development that changed everything for me.
What I realized during that time is that I wasn’t alone. So many people are quietly asking the same questions:
• Why do I feel stuck?
• Why don’t I feel fulfilled?
• Is this really it?
That realization is what ultimately led me to become a life coach.
Before starting my coaching career, I spent 17 years in Corporate America working in executive support roles. While I was grateful for the experience and growth it gave me, I also knew I was being called toward something more aligned and meaningful.
While working full time, I went back to school to become a Certified Life Coach and began building my coaching practice. I’ve been coaching since 2019, and today I run a full-time coaching business supporting clients through personal growth, clarity work, and major life transitions.
Helping people return home to themselves and live a life that feels good to them, especially when they’ve felt stuck, lost, and burned out, is truly my life purpose.
One month after becoming a Certified Life Coach, I found myself navigating one of the most unexpected and challenging transitions of my own life. While building my coaching business, I began experiencing severe back and nerve pain that eventually led to three major back surgeries, including a spinal fusion.
There were moments when I truly didn’t know what my future would look like. I was forced to slow down, surrender control, and rely on the very tools I now help my clients develop: self-trust, resilience, mindset, and the ability to keep moving forward even when life feels uncertain.
That season changed the way I approach personal growth. I learned that some of life’s biggest transitions are not just about figuring out what comes next, they are opportunities to reconnect with yourself, redefine what matters, and create a life that feels more aligned.
Today, I am grateful to be healthy and living the life I once hoped was possible. My own journey through uncertainty, healing, and rebuilding has given me a deeper understanding of what it feels like to face change without having all the answers.
I don’t just coach these concepts, I embody them. I know what it feels like to question your path, navigate the unknown, and create a new chapter of your life one step at a time. That experience allows me to support my clients with empathy, honesty, and the belief that even difficult transitions can become the moments that bring you back to yourself.
Personal growth is a true passion of mine. I enjoy having sessions with my life coach and reading personal development books.
I have a rescue dog named Brutus, he’s a Chihuahua mix who sometimes makes an appearance in my coaching sessions and who always makes me smile. I am very active and can often be found walking Brutus, at a dance class, at yoga or at pilates.
I love exploring Dallas restaurants, spending time with friends, cheering on my TCU Horned Frogs and traveling to Maine every summer.
I consider myself extremely blessed to be living out my passion and purpose and to help others do the same!
I believe the answers you’re seeking are already within you. My role as your coach isn’t to tell you what to do or who to become. Instead, I guide you back home to yourself. In coaching with me you will reconnect with your authentic self and intuition, uncover what you truly want, and create the confidence to move forward intentionally and authentically.
