Real talk my friend – every single person struggles with self confidence on some level.  Maybe they don’t feel like they’re good enough at work, maybe they pick apart every perceived flaw they see on their body, maybe they try to be someone they’re not on a date to get the person sitting across from them to like them.  Regardless of how it shows up (and sometimes a lack of self confidence is real sneaky in how it shows up), your self confidence could probably use some loving kindness and a nice little boost.

So why are we all in this self confidence rut?  The list could be endless but here are a few reasons why you might need some self esteem help:

  1. You’re comparing yourself to others

To boost your confidence the biggest shift you can immediately make is to shift from getting your confidence from outside of yourself.  Compliments and social media likes only get you so far.  Real confidence comes from within.  This also means your self confidence can’t be tied to your appearance or anything outside of you like your designer clothing or your financial portfolio.  If you want to be more confident, you need to connect to your authentic self and clear out all the junk like past pain and limiting beliefs that are blocking you from fully flexing your confidence muscle.
