Meet Your Coach

Hi ya’ll!  I’m Ashley Shihab, a Certified Life Coach in Dallas, Texas, coaching women, men and teen girls across the country.  

I spent the majority of my adult life thinking ‘there has got to be more to life than this’ with little to no idea what more meant, who I actually was or how to actually feel fulfilled.  That thought that played on repeat in my mind nudged me into the personal growth world with books, yoga and then eventually therapy, life coaching and massive ah ha moments that changed everything for the better!

While working full time in Corporate America I went back to school to follow my new found passion and life purpose in becoming a life coach. I have been living out my dreams coaching since 2019 and am so proud to have created employment for myself with my own life coaching business!

When I’m not helping my clients transform their lives, you can likely find me at dance or Pilates, watching quality programming like Vanderpump Rules and Stranger Things, reading books that are either total beach reads or that fall into the personal growth category, cheering on my Horned Frogs at a TCU football game and playing with my beefy Chihuahua mix Brutus!  I love spending time with my tribe over good food, good drinks and good conversation.

I feel more like myself than I ever have, and my fulfillment cup is overflowing.  Life Coaching is truly what I am meant to be doing, and it blows my mind that I am lucky enough to be living out my passion and purpose everyday!
