The gym is a great visual example of what happens to a lot of people’s New Year’s Resolutions. The reality is that creating a vision for 2026 requires a lot more than some loose resolutions that unfortunately are likely to be forgotten when life gets “lifey” or that are abandoned when the results we are seeking just aren’t happening.
