Relationship Coaching: For Individuals Seeking Clarity and Confidence
Relationship coaching is one of the top three reasons my clients seek out virtual life coaching with me, Dallas Relationship Coach Ashley Shihab. I often meet my clients when they are:
- Contemplating a major marriage decision such as ‘should I stay or should I go in my marriage?’ (You can read more about that HERE)
- Going through, or have recently gone through, a breakup or divorce
- Wanting to look at their part in their relationship and show up as a more healthy, grounded and intentional partner
- Tired of being single and want to date with more self confidence, intention and clarity
Whether you’re single or in a relationship, if you want to have a healthy relationship, I highly encourage relationship coaching. Dallas is home for me, but since sessions are virtual you can live anywhere and coach with me.
If you’re single (and don’t want to be)…
I understand how frustrated, defeated and burned out you likely feel. The endless stream of ‘hey, how’s your day?’ surface level chatter on whatever the happening dating app of the moment is, along with heavily edited photos, and quantity (not quality) matches has probably left you wondering if and how you will ever meet your partner.
Let’s take a look at what you like and don’t like about dating, along with what your part in your single status is.
Do you have a tendency to get attached too quickly in a relationship?
Do you desire a relationship but worry it will have to be with the Amazon delivery guy because you never leave your house?
To quote Taylor Swift, let’s look at keeping your side of the street clean so that you can feel proud and confident in your dating abilities. Trust building in yourself will lead you to trust building in a relationship. It all begins with you, and you have more power than you realize.
If you’re in a relationship…
I like to say that the best relationships are like mirrors in that they reflect back to us the parts of ourselves that need our love and attention. Relationships can highlight our insecurities which causes us to show up in ways we are less than proud of. If you’re wondering what the signs of a healthy relationship are, whether that’s with your current partner or even hypothetically down the line, let’s get you clarity on how you can have and enjoy a healthy relationship.
As a life coach in Dallas, I have coached thousands of adults across the US whose relationships are draining instead of life enhancing. I’ve coached my clients on how to improve communication in a relationship and how to show up in their masculine or feminine energy. Emotional intelligence coaching is a big part of all of my coaching sessions, as is coaching on setting boundaries in relationships (romantic, familial and professional). You can learn more about boundary setting with family HERE.
I have opted out of coaching couples as I greatly enjoy serving individuals. No matter your current relationship status or circumstances, if you are craving clarity on what comes next and how you can be more self confident, I invite you to apply for a complimentary consultation.
